How To Start
You begin your care with a 2-step process that includes firstly an initial consultation and secondly a report of findings.
- The first part of the initial consultation is to fill out some forms, Name, address etc… and other forms as they relate to your health that can be done online or at the clinic when you arrive.
- The next part is a consultation with Dr Chris who will ask you a lot more questions about your health and presenting problems. Once Dr Chris has a good understanding of your needs and if he believes he can help you, then you will move onto a Physical exam.
The next step is the report of findings
- The second visit will involve a report of findings from all the information from the Initial consultation. Dr Chris will explain what he has found and how these issues correlate with each other to your spinal problems and pain.
- After accepting you as a patient, and you are happy with the recommendations of care, treatment will commence.
